Update: My experiment with magnesium-rich foods actually helped me clock out faster.
Adding spinach and almonds to my dinner was the hack I never knew I needed, lol.

Spinach and almonds actually helping you clock out faster is hard to believe. I've eaten both for years and never noticed any sleep changes. Ngl, this update has me totally skeptical but intrigued.

Honestly, your skepticism makes total sense because I had the same reaction at first! But here's a thing to consider: how consistently are you eating them, and what's the timing like? I read that magnesium from almonds and folate from spinach need to be in your system at the right time to affect sleep cycles. If you're just having a handful occasionally, it might not build up enough to make a difference. Maybe you could try having a small serving about an hour before bed for a week? What's your current routine with these foods?
