Remember when AI art needed 12 tries to look decent? Now it's one click

Last week I was sorting through my old hard drive and found a folder from 3 years ago full of Midjourney attempts. I mean, I remember spending like 45 minutes each night tweaking prompts just to get a simple landscape that didn't have melted fingers or weird extra trees. There were hundreds of rejects. This week my buddy in Portland showed me his kid's school project where they generated a whole animated story in about 10 minutes using some free tool. It hit me how fast this stuff moved. I still catch myself typing out super detailed prompts out of habit when the new models basically just need a sentence. Has anyone else had that moment where you realize you're still working like it's 2021?

Right, so my 2021 prompt novels are basically hieroglyphics to these new bots.
