My brother works in logistics and kept telling me I needed to try an AI scheduling tool for the small lawn care business I run on weekends. I brushed him off for 3 months because I figured it was just hype, but I finally caved after double booking myself twice in one week last June. The thing cut my route planning from 90 minutes every Sunday down to about 15, and it caught a gap in my Thursday afternoons I never noticed.
