Hot take: a single sweet potato set off my smoke alarm 3 times before I figured out the 1/4 inch dice
Spent 4 weeks and about $9 in ruined sweet potatoes before realizing the chunks were too big and the 400 degree setting was just charring the outside while the middle stayed raw, so does anyone else have a go-to size for fries that doesn't involve a fire drill?
