I called air fryer hard boiled eggs a dumb internet trick for 2 years
A coworker in Reno kept telling me to try eggs in the air fryer at 270 degrees for 15 minutes, and I kept saying it was a gimmick for people scared of a pot of water. Then my stove died for 8 days while we waited on a part, and I finally tried it out of pure hunger. The shells came off in two big pieces almost every time, and I ate egg salad four days that week. Anyone else notice they peel way easier than the stove ones, or did I just get lucky with my batch?
