Just hit 50 different things cooked in my air fryer and it feels kinda wild

I mean, I got my Cosori air fryer as a gift last Christmas and I started keeping a list on my fridge for fun. I just added crispy chickpeas and realized I'm at 50 different recipes now, from frozen egg rolls to a whole small chicken. It's crazy how much I use it instead of my oven now. Anyone else keep track and hit a number that surprised them?

That is seriously impressive, hitting 50 different things. Read an article recently that said air fryers are the most used small appliance people own after the first year, which makes total sense. They just make everything so much faster and easier. Keeping a list on the fridge is a fun idea, might have to steal that. It really does become the main cooking tool for so many people.

Honestly mine mostly just reheats leftovers and makes frozen fries. The hype kind of died down after the first few months. It's handy but definitely not my main tool in the kitchen.
