Just nailed my first air fryer chicken wings last night
Tbh I've been too scared to try wings in the air fryer because I always mess them up in the oven. But I tossed them in a little baking powder and salt, cooked at 400 for 25 minutes, and they came out perfectly crispy. Anyone else have a go-to wing seasoning they swear by?

Gotta jump in and say the oven thing is a common myth. Baking powder is the key in an air fryer, just like you did, and it works way better than convection bake in a regular oven because the air fryer circulates heat way faster. I tried oven wings at 450 for 40 minutes once and they still ended up soggy on the bottom side. Air fryer at 375 for 20 minutes with a flip halfway gives me perfect crisp every time. For seasoning I'm obsessed with just garlic powder, smoked paprika, and a little cayenne - simple but never fails.

Oven wings taste better because the dry heat crisps them more evenly every single time.

Yeah, I feel you on that... the dry heat really does seem to get every inch of the wing without any sogginess underneath.
