My air fryer basket went from shiny to sticky and I cant fix it

I got my air fryer back in March and the basket was perfect for like 2 months. Then I started using those cooking sprays with lecithin in them because my sister swore by them. Now the coating is all tacky and gross, even after running it through the dishwasher 5 times. I tried baking soda paste and vinegar soak, nothing budges it. The chicken wings stick to it now and the clean up takes forever. Did I ruin the nonstick layer for good or is there some trick I havent found yet? Has anyone else dealt with this using Pam or similar sprays?

Pretty sure lecithin sprays bake onto nonstick and wreck it over time.
