Spent $25 on a silicone basket and it saved my chicken wings

I got a cheap silicone basket for my air fryer last month, thinking it would help with cleanup. Well, I tried making sticky honey garlic wings last night and the sauce would have glued them right to the rack. The basket kept them from sticking and the cleanup was just a quick rinse. Has anyone else found a cheap add-on that totally saved a recipe?

Oh man, that's a great find! I grabbed a silicone mat for my sheet pan on a whim. It was maybe eight bucks. I make these roasted potatoes with a ton of olive oil and spices, and they used to weld themselves to the metal. Now they just slide right off, and I just wipe the mat clean. Total game changer for cleanup.

Disagree completely, that stuff is just more junk to store. @joelt70, your potatoes got crispy on metal because it got hot, a mat just steams them. My wings come out perfect and crispy right on the rack, no soggy basket needed.

But what about the cleanup? You're still scrubbing baked-on grease off the rack. The mat just needs a quick wipe.
