Spent an hour last Saturday testing frozen chicken wings at 375 vs 400
I picked up a 5 pound bag of frozen wings at Costco and ran a test side by side in my air fryer. At 375 they came out juicy but the skin wasn't crispy enough... at 400 they were perfect in about 22 minutes. Anyone else find that 400 is the magic number for frozen wings?

Honestly I was a 375 guy but this convinced me to bump it up.

Whoa hold up, 400 is a little TOO high depending on what you're cooking. 375 gets you a better cook through without burning the outside, especially for bigger wings or thighs.

lol I feel like 375 is just the "almost there" temp. like your wings are teasing you with crispy potential but not delivering. 400 or bust every time.
