TIL air fryer shrimp at 400 degrees for 6 minutes beats my old boiling method
I always boiled shrimp for shrimp cocktail and figured the air fryer would just dry them out into little rubber erasers. Last Tuesday I had a pound of 21 count shrimp from the market on 5th and said what the heck, tossed them in with a little old bay and olive oil at 400 for 6 minutes shaking the basket once. They came out snappy and sweet, and my husband asked if I had bought them already cooked from the fancy place downtown. Now I want to know what else I have been wrong about, does anyone air fry scallops or does that go badly?
