Am I the only one who thinks hardwired contacts beat wireless sensors on exterior doors every time
I swapped a client's 6 exterior doors in Bend from wireless to hardwired after two years of random tamper faults, and not one has false-alarmed in 8 months, so why do so many installers still push wireless on new builds to save a few bucks?

Bend's dry air and temp swings might be the real culprit, not wireless itself.
