Elderly customer in Bend taught me to label every zone after I mixed up her back porch with the garage
I was doing a panel swap at her place on the west side of Bend and she watched me program the zones, then asked me to say each one out loud before saving it. Caught that I had zone 3 on the porch instead of the garage door, and she just said "honey, I'm 84, I don't run fast." Now I say them out loud on every job. Does anyone else have a customer who ended up teaching them something?
