Just passed 400 alarm panels installed since I started my own thing in 2023
Pulled the work van over this morning to add up my job log and realized last Thursday's install put me at 402 panels since I went out on my own. That first year I did 87 and thought I was killing it, so seeing 315 since then kind of blew my mind. The number that shocked me more was 61, that's how many of those were referrals from people I already wired, mostly in the north side neighborhoods around here. I keep a paper log in the glovebox with the address and panel model for every job, which felt old school until I actually needed to count. Curious how you all track your installs, do you keep a log or just let the invoices pile up?
