Remember when we used to hand mix every batch of filler?

I was at a trade show in Atlanta about eight years ago and watched a demo for a new mixing system. The rep showed how consistent the mix was every single time, and I realized my old method was leaving room for error. How many of you have switched over to a dedicated mixing setup for your body filler?

Ever try to go back to hand mixing after you get used to a system? The time you save alone makes it worth it.

Spot the same thing with coffee makers and robot vacuums. Once you get used to the machine doing the work, the old way feels like a punishment. Grace607 is right about the time saved, but it's more that your brain just rewires and won't accept the slower option anymore. We ditch the manual effort for good because we realize our time and energy are better spent on literally anything else.
