Just learned the hard way that holding in a sneeze during a client call sounds like a dying goose, happened on a Zoom with 40 people in Houston
Found out from my ENT last week that trying to suppress a sneeze can actually mess with your inner ear, so now I just let it rip, but has anyone else ever had a sneeze come out at the worst possible moment on a video call?

Honestly, I read somewhere that sneezing with your mouth closed can blow out your eardrum, so yeah, definitely let it rip. That dying goose thing is brutal though, at least you gave them a story to tell.
