Serious question, 4 years ago I peed in the stall right next to my boss at a work retreat in Denver and said nothing
These days I just laugh and say 'well that happened' before washing my hands, which somehow makes it less weird for both of us. Has anyone else figured out the right move when you run into a coworker at the worst possible moment?
