I was reading a post here where someone described getting their foot stuck in a public trash can in Toledo, and the comments were full of people sharing similar moments. Honestly, that's the part that gets me. You'd have to be trying to step into it, like a weird bucket. Or maybe they were kicking it and their shoe just wedged in there perfectly. I've seen people get their whole arm stuck trying to grab something from a public bin, but a foot is a new one.
