Paid $85 for a rain jacket that leaked on day one in Seattle
Bought a jacket off a rack at a store near Pike Place last month because the tag said waterproof and I trusted it without checking the seams. Wore it on a 20 minute walk in a light drizzle and my whole left shoulder was soaked by the time I got to the car. What is the cheapest jacket that has actually kept you dry in real rain, or do I just need to give up and carry an umbrella?
