PSA: I used to cry over spilled milk in the kitchen until I switched to using a silicone mat under my mixing bowls
Before, I'd have flour and eggs everywhere after three failed attempts at baking cookies. Now after I got a $10 mat at Target last month, clean up takes 30 seconds flat. Which side do you fall on, messy and fast or tidy and slow?

Used to think silicone mats were just another kitchen gadget people bought and forgot about. Picked one up a few weeks ago and honestly kicking myself for not doing it sooner.
