Hit 5000 loaves last Tuesday and it hit me different

I was just pulling another batch of sourdough out of the oven... nothing special, a Tuesday morning, and I got curious so I added up all my orders since I started selling at the farmer's market back in 2021. 5000 loaves exactly. That number surprised me because it felt like I was still just messing around in my kitchen, but 5000 means I have personally shaped and baked enough bread to feed a small town for a month. It made me think about all the flour dust, burned fingertips, and early mornings that went into that number. Each one of those loaves had its own little story too... the ones that came out flat, the ones that got snagged by customers before they even cooled. Has anyone else ever hit a random milestone like that and had to sit down for a minute?

5000 is just a number man, it doesn't change anything about the bread itself.

Yo @seth_harris36, 5000 loaves is a LOT of bread. That's like feeding a whole small town or a big wedding party. I gotta say I'm shocked you'd just brush that off like it's nothing. If someone handed me 5000 loaves I'd be scratching my head trying to figure out where to store them all. Doesn't change the bread itself sure but the quantity is wild.
