Hit 100 cooks on my offset last Saturday and my wife threw me a tiny party
I was just trying to get through a rack of spares for the neighbors when my wife came out back with a candle stuck in a cupcake and yelled that it was cook number 100. I started keeping a tally in a notebook after I dried out my first pork butt about 18 months ago, and seeing that number hit triple digits felt weird since most cooks were just me, the smoker, and a chair. Does anybody else track their cooks or am I the weirdo with a notebook full of ribs?

Your first pork butt dried out closer to two years back if 18 months is the tally.
