My offset smoker cracked after only 6 cooks in Wilmington

Bought a cheap char-griller offset last month and a weld split right by the firebox on Sunday. Anyone know a welder in the area who can patch thin steel without burning through?

I used to swear by cheap offsets but that weld crack changed my mind REAL quick.

Cheap welds are always a gamble until they aren't.

Cheap welds are a gamble until they fail, not until they don't lol. That crack probably saved you a worse headache down the road.
