My barber in Milwaukee told me he schedules 10 minutes of nothing between clients, and now I get it
I always figured a packed schedule meant you were winning at work, so I booked back to back calls for a solid 8 weeks without a single gap. He laughed and said "the chair needs to cool down, and so do I," which hit me because I had been eating lunch standing up at my desk for a month straight. Does anyone else build in actual dead time on purpose, or did you have to learn it the hard way like me?
