Vent: Moving my keyboard down was the key to no more wrist pain
I work on a computer all day and my wrists started to ache. I thought it was normal for desk jobs. I tried wrist rests and stretches, but nothing helped. Then I learned from a video that your keyboard should be at elbow level. I measured mine and it was too high. I put a few old catalogs under my monitor to lift it. Now my keyboard sits lower and my wrists don't hurt anymore. It's a free fix that really improved my daily grind.

Have you seen how often we trade short-term convenience for long-term pain?

My physio told me keyboard height is just one factor. Lifting your monitor might strain your neck instead.
