Why does nobody talk about the 3 AM printer jam at the office?
Last week, I was finishing a 200-page report for a client in Chicago and my office printer jammed at 3:07 AM. The error code was a 'PC Load Letter' nonsense that took me 45 minutes of online searches and a broken fingernail to clear. Has anyone else had a routine task blow up in the middle of the night like that?

Honestly, that sounds like a choice to be there at 3 AM. Printers jam all the time, it's just part of the deal. Maybe finishing the work earlier in the day would avoid the whole mess. Late nights happen, but calling it a 'routine task' at that hour feels off. The real issue is planning, not the printer.

So you've never had a deadline move on you at the last second? Must be nice living in that perfectly planned world. My printer jams at 2 PM just to spite me, so time of day really doesn't matter. Honestly, the real miracle is that any of us get anything printed ever.

Hold up, are you saying 2 PM is somehow past normal working hours for everyone? Some of us have to keep things running all day, not just the 9-to-5 crowd.
