I finally hit 100 weird combos and my top rated one surprised me

I been keeping a notebook of every strange food pairing I try since last January, just ratings and notes. Last night I hit number 100 and when I looked back, the highest rated one wasnt the crazy stuff like hot sauce on ice cream or cheese on watermelon. It was plain old soy sauce on cantaloupe, 8.5 out of 10. Everyone I tell that too thinks I'm nuts but the salty sweet thing just works way better than any of the wilder stuff I tried. I figured the milestone would be something insane but turns out the simple ones are the keepers. Anyone else had a boring sounding combo that ended up topping your list?
