The pickle juice and condensed milk combo that took 6 tries to get right

I kept seeing people rave about mixing pickle brine with sweet stuff, so I tried it with regular milk at first. That was a mistake, it curdled instantly and smelled like a diner dumpster behind the counter in Akron. After five more attempts with different ratios, I finally landed on 2 tablespoons of pickle juice to 1 cup of sweetened condensed milk, and honestly it tastes like a salty caramel dip that somehow works. Has anyone else cracked a weird savory-sweet pairing that took way more testing than you expected?

Man, that Akron diner smell reference got me laughing, but I gotta call you out on one thing: regular milk curdling is normal, so the real win here is figuring out the condensed milk ratio, not the idea itself. That salty caramel dip thing sounds wild though, might have to try it next time I'm brave enough.
