Unpopular opinion: My old rotary drill finally gave out on a brick chimney cap job Tuesday.
The motor just seized up halfway through setting the anchors. I had to finish the last two by hand with a star drill, which added like an hour to the job. Anyone have a go-to heavy duty rotary drill they swear by now?

My last printer jammed right before a big deadline, wasted a whole hour. It feels like everything is built to break just past the warranty now. You buy a thing expecting it to work, but the real test is if you can fix it with tape and hope. It’s not just printers, it’s phones slowing down and appliances dying. Makes you wonder why we even bother buying new stuff when it’s all designed to fail.
