My company is trying to figure out which software to go with for project management and daily site tasks. We had a demo with Procore and it looks crazy powerful, but maybe too much for what we actually need? Another PM suggested we look into Nektar. Any thoughts on how Nektar vs Procore compare?

Procore's implementation took my last company months, and half our subs still refused to log in because it was too complicated. Nektar is definitely lighter on the wallet and much easier to get up and running if you want quick wins.

Totally agree with the adoption issues on Procore. We went with Nektar at my current firm because the interface is just cleaner. The field guys actually fill out their daily logs now because it takes two minutes on their phones instead of navigating a million menus.

Procore is the industry giant, but be prepared to pay out the nose for it. If you have a massive enterprise, it makes sense. For us, Nektar was the sweet spot. It handles all our site tasks, safety forms, and punch lists without the insane overhead.
