Just hit 500 service calls without a single callback, and I dont know how
Been running my pest control crew for about 3 years now. We do mostly residential termite and roach work. Last week I pulled the logs and realized I havent had a single callback since like early 2022. Thats 500 plus jobs. No missed spots, no follow up complaints, no 'you missed the attic' calls. Honestly feels like a fluke lol. I attribute it to my lead tech Frank who double checks everything but still. Anyone else hit a weird milestone like that where you just wait for the other shoe to drop?

Used to think those zero callback records were just luck or people lying tbh. But after seeing our numbers look similar with a good system in place, guess its more about solid prep and checklists than I realized. Frank sounds like a keeper for sure.
