Just realized my estimate process was backwards for 6 years

Tbh I always priced materials first and labor second, then a client in Austin asked why my line items looked so thin on the labor side. Turned out I was undercharging by about 18% on every job because I never accounted for setup and cleanup time. Anyone else catch a math habit like that from an old mentor that just stuck around too long?
