A guest at my hotel desk dropped a fact about our lost and found that I can't get over
I work the front desk at a hotel in Boise and a guy asked for his charger back, then mentioned he used to travel 200 nights a year and that hotels in the US lose or toss about a third of everything left in rooms. I looked it up after my shift and the number held, some survey put unclaimed items at 30 to 35 percent. Anyone else here work a front desk and know if that matches what you actually see in the bin?
