Found out the average retail worker gets blamed for 15 things a day that aren't their fault

Saw a stat from a retail training site that said customer service reps get blamed for 15 screwups daily that have nothing to do with them. I counted during my shift last Tuesday and hit 18 by 3pm. Has anyone else ever tracked a number like that and felt worse?

Management just watches it happen" - basically yeah. They hide in the back while we take the heat for prices and policies we didn't make. One time a guy yelled at me for 10 minutes because the store was out of sale ads on a Tuesday when the truck hadn't come yet.
