Gave a pushy customer exactly what they wanted, got blamed anyway
Last Tuesday at the coffee shop a guy kept interrupting me every time I tried to explain the difference between our house blend and pour-over, so I finally just handed him the carafe and said "here, you pick." He filled a cup straight from the carafe, complained it was too weak, then told my manager I didn't know how to brew. Has anyone else found that letting a know-it-all customer win just makes them angrier?
