Got yelled at today because their iced coffee wasn't hot enough

I deliver food and drinks sometimes, and this woman flags me down as I'm walking up to her door. She's already holding her phone like she's about to call someone. She says 'this latte is freezing cold' and I'm just standing there holding the bag. I said 'ma'am it's an iced latte' and she just stared at me for a solid 5 seconds. Then she goes 'well I wanted a hot latte' and slammed the door. Like, you ordered from the iced section of the menu. I don't even get paid enough to process that. Anyone else run into people who just refuse to look at what they ordered?

Pretty sure she wanted you to microwave the ice cubes or something. Next time just bring a portable blowtorch, really get those iced lattes sizzling hot. Customers like that are why I keep a bag of those little salt packets in my car. Makes me wonder how she makes it through the rest of her day if ordering the wrong temperature drink is her breaking point.
