Had a customer demand I rewind a VHS tape for them yesterday

Some guy brought in a sealed copy of The Matrix on VHS and got mad I couldn't "reset" it before he left the store. Has anyone else dealt with people thinking old tech works like magic?

Bet there's some kid out there thinking the same thing about a Nintendo Switch cartridge. They probably think you can just blow on it and it'll work.
