Hit 1,000 customer complaints in my first year as a retail manager
I didn't even realize until I counted them up for a report, but hitting that 1,000 mark really made me think about how many wild stories I've got saved up. Has anyone else tracked a weird milestone like that and been surprised by the number?

Tbh "badge of honor" is exactly right - I helped roll out a new ticketing system at my last place and we hit 800 complaints in the first month. Just gotta set up some auto-responses for the common stuff like password resets and "my email won't load" so the real tickets don't get buried. If you can batch the easy fixes into canned replies, that number drops fast. The key is tracking what people actually complain about so you know where to put your effort.
