Lady tried to return a half-eaten rotisserie chicken because it 'wasn't round enough'

I was working the returns desk at the grocery store in Springfield last Thursday. This woman comes up, slams a container on the counter, and there's literally just a chicken carcass left. She said, and I quote, 'This chicken was oblong. I want my $8.99 back.' I just stared for a solid ten seconds before calling my manager over. He told her no, obviously, and she started yelling about false advertising. Has anyone else had a food return that was just... a complete work of art?

Honestly, you just have to stick to the store policy and not even argue about the shape. Point out that the item is mostly consumed, so it's not eligible for a return. That usually shuts it down without needing a manager.
