Appreciation post: took me 11 days to figure out why my commercial loan on a Gratiot Ave building kept getting denied
Turned out the bank wanted 3 years of tax returns on the LLC, not 2, and nobody at the branch mentioned it the first two times I applied. Has anyone else dealt with lenders moving the goalposts on small commercial deals in Detroit?
