Question about a tip I got on a Gratiot Ave storefront, was the guy right?
A broker I ran into at a diner on Woodward told me to skip anything on Gratiot with a shared parking lot, and I almost ignored him until I walked a 4,000 sq ft space there and counted 6 cars fighting over 30 spots at noon on a Tuesday. Now I am second guessing a strip center deal in that area, has anyone here actually made shared parking work on a retail lease?
