That $900 sewer inspection saved me from a bad buy in Hamtramck
I put an offer on a warehouse off Joseph Campau and paid $900 for a camera scope before closing. Found a collapsed drain line under the slab that would've cost $15k to fix after purchase. Walked away and the seller had to disclose it to the next guy, has anyone else had a cheap inspection uncover something massive?

Joseph Campau warehouse district has clay pipes from the 1920s, those fail way more than newer builds.
