That broker's vacancy map was spot on, not just a sales pitch
I spent 3 months avoiding the Brush Park area based on gut feel, then checked his 2024 vacancy data against my own drive-bys and every single empty storefront lined up with his color codes, so has anyone else used those broker maps over the last 6 months and found them accurate?
