A client told me my Red Bull habit was killing my productivity in Chiang Mai
I was downing 3 cans a day working from co-working spaces here, and a British guy who runs an online biz sat me down and said my energy crashes were obvious by 2pm. He suggested switching to green tea and taking a 15 minute walk after lunch instead. Has anyone else had a stranger call them out on something that totally shifted their daily workflow?

Used to think energy drinks were fine" - that's what I said too, until I started having heart palpitations at 2PM for NO reason. Wake up call? More like wake up cardiac arrest. I switched to black coffee and now I just get the regular jitters instead of feeling like my chest is trying to escape my ribcage. But hey, if you enjoy feeling your heartbeat in your eyeballs then go ahead, keep chugging that battery acid flavored stuff.

Ditched the energy drinks for black coffee around 10am, @chen.adam. Did the afternoon walk thing too, now I actually get stuff done after lunch instead of crashing.
