My work focus in Chiang Mai went from scattered to solid after I blocked off 3 hours every morning.

For my first 6 weeks here, I was trying to work from cafes and co-working spaces with no real schedule, and my output was maybe half of what it is now. I started booking a quiet corner desk at Punspace from 8am to 11am, no phone, no social media, just my main project, and my weekly client work got done by Thursday. Has anyone else found that a strict, short daily block makes a bigger difference than trying to work a full 8-hour day on the road?

Yeah, a solid two hour block first thing changed everything for me too.

My 90 minute block at home gets more done than my old 5 hour cafe days. It's the only way I can get real focus.
