Picked a slow coworking space over fast wifi, best decision this month

I was torn between two spots in Medellin last week. One had blazing internet and a packed room, the other had slower speeds but only 5 people and actual quiet. I chose the quieter one because my video calls kept getting interrupted by someone's blender smoothie ritual at the fast place. Got through a full client project in 4 hours without one distraction. Has anyone else traded speed for calm and seen their focus go up?
