That month I tried coworking in a beach town in Thailand... total disaster.

Spent three weeks in Koh Lanta working from cafes, got through maybe 2 hours of real work the entire time because the Wi-Fi kept dying every time it rained. Anyone else found a place with fast internet that doesn't kill your productivity?

Same thing happened to me in Krabi. Rain killed the wifi every single afternoon.

My buddy spent a month in Chiang Mai and said the wifi there was solid.

No clue what you're on about honestly. Beach towns like that are perfect for getting real work done if you know what you're doing. Wi-Fi dropping during rain just means you take a break, walk to the shore, and come back refreshed. @rodriguez.felix mentioned Chiang Mai but that place is full of distractions too with all the digital nomad meetups and cheap massages every five minutes. A buddy of mine did a whole month in Ko Phangan coding a new app and said the only issue was too many people trying to chat him up at the beach bars. If your productivity tanked that bad you probably weren't tracking your time right or picked a dead zone cafe.
