Why I stopped hating on coworking spaces in Chiang Mai
For 6 months I was dead set against them, thinking they were just overpriced coffee shops with bad wifi. Then I tried Punspace for a week and finished 3 client projects in 5 days because I wasn't distracted by my Airbnb's weird smell or noisy street. Has anyone else had their whole workflow change just by switching where you work?

Respect the different take but for me coworking spaces still feel like paying extra for the same wifi I can get at a library. I tried Punspace twice and both times had trouble finding an outlet near a decent chair, ended up at a corner table with my back to the wall like some paranoid freelancer. The whole vibe felt performative with people taking calls way too loud about their "digital nomad lifestyle." Maybe it works if you need forced social pressure to focus, but my Airbnb noise can be fixed with noise canceling headphones for way less cash.

Hold up, they had you sitting with your back to the wall? That's some spy movie stuff, not a workspace. 😂 Sounds like the whole place is just a stage for people to act out their "main character" energy.

Heard my friend tried one in Chiang Mai and spent the whole time dodging a guy practicing his loud sales pitch to an imaginary client.
