Why I was wrong about co-living spaces being overpriced junk
I always thought those WeWork-style co-living setups were a scam until I tried Outsite in Medellin for 3 months. The fiber internet was faster than my apartment and I met two clients who referred me $6k in total work. Anyone else find a spot that changed their mind on something?

The shared laundry schedule arguments nearly made me bail in week two.

Man, I feel that shared laundry drama so hard. Here's the trick that saved me in a similar spot: just buy a small drying rack for your room and do your laundry at weird hours, like 2am on a Tuesday when nobody's around. For the dish thing, I grabbed a cheap plastic tub from a hardware store and washed my own stuff in the bathroom sink real quick. Kept it out of the rotation entirely. Honestly, having a solid door lock and noise canceling earbuds made the whole experience way smoother. You gotta treat it like a co-working space with a bed, not a real home situation, and then the little annoyances just fade away.

Did you end up sticking it out though, @sanchez.pat? I had a similar thing with dish duty rotations in my spot. It got real tense when someone left a moldy pan in the sink overnight. But honestly the fast internet and the referrals made up for it.
