Serious question: Has anyone else changed their whole approach after one bad review?
Last month I posted my three-cheese mac and I thought it was great. Someone said it was 'too greasy and the breadcrumbs were burnt.' At first I was mad but then I looked at the photo again. They were right about the grease and I had the oven way too high at 425. I dropped the temp to 375 and started toasting the breadcrumbs separate before adding them on top. Made it again for my neighbors last night and they actually asked for the recipe. How did you handle your first real criticism on here?

375 and separate breadcrumbs fixed my mac too.

Wait, you did the 375 AND separate breadcrumbs? I did the EXACT same thing on my 2015 MacBook Pro and it was like a whole new machine. The breadcrumbs trick especially made a huge difference for me - I had no idea they were clogging up the system that bad. Glad it worked out for you too, because I was THIS close to just buying a new laptop.
